2. Free Service for Interested Users

The use of Imoberia.com is completely free for users interested in real estate. Users can browse listings and contact real estate agents at no cost.

3. Service for Real Estate Agents

For real estate agents, publishing listings on Imoberia.com is also free. However, when a user contacts a real estate agent through the platform, the agent is required to pay for the contact, referred to as a "lead."

4. Lead Costs and Credits

• Real estate agents are charged 1 credit per contact (lead) received through the platform.
• Credits must be pre-purchased on the website and are priced between 0.70€ and 1€ per credit, depending on the package chosen.
• Credits can be purchased in packages and are non-refundable.

5. Responsibilities

• Real estate agents are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the listings they publish on the platform.
• Imoberia.com acts solely as an intermediary and does not guarantee the quality, legality, or availability of the real estate listed on the platform.

6. Changes to the Terms

Imoberia.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website, and continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
